We have 12 issues of the book out currently, and are reprinting them in standard format, below are the first 4 issues(the covers of them) which are reprinted already and available for sale. | Attended Oakbridge Academy of Art as well Pittsburgh Art Institute Online. Currently an at home mom. My preference for art is traditional pencil/charcoal when doing portraits, which seem to be what I lean toward. I love illustration, comic book illustration mainly. I work on underground books with two friends of mine, under Royal Entertainment (also found on deviantart.com) Enjoy crafting as well, such as scrapbooking, hand made cards, painted glass, jewelery making and wood burning. I love interior design and decorating, but never pursued either as a career. Enjoy "reading" or rather listening to audiobooks, when i get the chance while working on whatever art/craft project I have going on. Idles: Terry Moore, Jim Henson, Joss Whedon Love Fraggle Rock, Firefly, Scrubs and classic movies from 30's and 40's,"chickflicks", fantasy and supernatural. My tastes in music, books, movies and tv range across the map. I like a little of everything with my favorites in each genre, like my artwork I do a little of everything. COMMISSIONS OPEN! (rules and price list)
| The steps of commissions with me 1. Note me your request I will reply as to wether or not I can do it 2. We work out all details as to size, medium deadline and subject matter and I quote you a price 3. I email you (or note you here) with concept sketches of your request 4. Once you agree to one of those sketch ideas, I then require payment before I begin the final piece of work 5. Once the work is finished I email a final view of the work, and once you give me the final approval I email you letting you know that it is being shipped or emailed. **a couple notes** >if it is a rush order (less than 2 weeks, there is a "rush" fee of $25 USD >after the concept sketch is agreed upon if you want changes made there is an additional fee of $10 for the hassle of changing the art --------------------------------------------------------------- ("WORK I WILL NOT DO" rules apply for prize art as well) WORK I WILL NOT DO: 1. Racist work, anything intentionally casting a negative light on any particular culture, religion or sexuality. 2. Political themed work (i will do portraits of political figures, but i will not put your political views onto paper) 3. Religious work, I am hesitant to do works regarding religion, simply because I am not that "well rounded" on the many beliefs out there. HOWEVER if you provide me with the needed information and references I would consider the work. KEEP IN MIND, rule #1 above, when requesting religious work, that rule takes precedence. 4. Violent sexual themes, no exceptions on this. 5. Nudity is questionable, it depends on the subject matter, the reason for the nudity I guess is what i'm trying to say. Examples: I WILL NOT draw any nude scenes portraying children regardless of wether they are fictional or non-fiction. Even if the image is meant to be humorus or completely innocent in nature, no nude minors (in other words the swimsuit areas must be covered) I won't draw your favorite comic book/movie character etc. nude, in bondage or over proportioned, i am not your pin up artist, there's plenty of websites out there that you could find that work on. -------------------------------------------------------------- I will try to draw any subject matter within the rules listed above, however if I feel that I am not the right person for the job, i may refer you to someone else or turn down the request. For example, I feel that I am rubbish at Logo design so I may refer you to someone who I feel can do your request justice, if you insist that I try it first then I will at a very small cost to you for my time. a few notes.... Black and White: I work in pencil and charcoal, or pen and ink/ inkwash Color: I work in colored pencil/pastel or marker or digital **If you wish for an acrylic painting of any given work, I charge extra, due to the fact that I rarely use paint anymore and would have to purchase supplies and it would no doubt take extra time, if your heart is set on paint we can discuss the price difference** --------------------------------------------------------------- PRICING Portraits: without background Black and White 10x13 single subject: $40 USD please add $10 USD for each additional subject in the portrait Color 10x13 single subject $60 with an additional $15 for each additional subject Portraits: with detailed background Black and White 10x13 single subject: $60 USD please add $10 USD for each additional subject in the portrait Color 10x13 single subject $80 with an additional $15 for each additional subject if you would like your portrait larger than the size specified, or done on any other material other than standard bristol board then it is an additional fee agreed upon during step 2 of the commission process Book/Poem/Short Story Illustrations: Black and White: $10 USD per illustration Color $15 USD per illustration Comic Book Illustrations: Pencils: $10 USD per penciled page Ink $15 USD per inked page Pencil and Ink $25 USD per page Colored (digital or traditional) $30 USD per page Lettering (computer or by hand) $5 USD per inked page Coloring your line art: Digital: $10 USD per illustration colored Traditional $15 USD per illustration colored Painted Glass This is based on size, for example a small votive candle holder is $10 USD, a large window suncatcher is $40 USD There's so many items that I can paint on you would have to give me an idea of what you are wanting before I could give you a firm price ALL PRICES LISTED DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING.
